Ty'n Lon Cottage is well equipped and attractively presented throughout reflecting the Very Good - Grade 4 award given by North Wales Tourism. It has fitted carpets or tiled flooring, locking double glazed windows, burglar alarm and oil central heating. The lovely garden has a slate patio with garden furniture, lawn, mature shrubbery and net-covered fishpond. Alongside the cottage, there is parking for 2/3 cars and a large well-kept field ideal for ball games accessed by a gate in the garden. The cottage is well decorated according to season with flower baskets and tubs.

The cottage has a large kitchen/dining room with dark oak furniture and the main beam exposed. There are French doors leading out onto the slate patio overlooking the garden. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. The adjoining utility room contains: washing machine, dryer, freezer and fridge.

The lovely beamed lounge has pleasant views and is equipped with TV with extra channels, DVD/VCR player, CD player, books, games, jigsaws and a selection of DVDs and videos.
The bathroom contains bath with shower, toilet and hand basin. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The cottage has 4 pleasant bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 7 persons plus 1 small child (occupying a pull-out bed) or a baby (in a cot provided). There is a king size ensuite room (with shower, toilet, hand basin, razor point); a double room; a single room with extra pull-out bed and a fourth room with full-size bunks. All rooms have adequate hanging and cupboard space, central and lamp lighting and blinds/nets as well as curtains. All bed linen is provided and there are extra blankets plus electric blankets.
